Restaurant Lotus on The Beach is a new addition to Alki. It is family owned with a warm and welcoming staff that always making sure that everyone is enjoying the experience. 

A variety of Hawaiian, Vietnamese and Thai fare are offered in generous portions. For a large party I recommend sharing the Vietnamese crepe for a starter. It is crispy on the outside and accompanied by loads of fresh vegetables.

The Phad Thai is on another level and a favorite of mine. A perfect comfort food and ideal for the colder months is the Brisket Beef Ribs Udon with slightly chewy noodles making for a great texture.

All thirty cocktails are created by the owner. With endless research and much dedication he taught himself the art of making unique and innovative drinks with different flavors for every taste. There is truly something for everyone. My personal favorites are The Glow and the Oahu Plum and Mango. If you like a sweet dessert like drink, get the U-Babe.

The interior is casual and simple. There is outdoor seating that’s great during the summertime.
