This natural wine bar in Seattle’s Capitol Hill area offers a minimal yet inviting space with massive windows that create a welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable staff are happy to let you sample wines if you’re unsure, and they offer a nice selection, including orange wine, which is a must-try here. The by-the-glass menu changes daily, and you can also order a full bottle. They do provide small bites to nibble on. It’s the perfect place to grab a drink before another dinner reservation or just to hang out solo, on a date, or with a friend. With a walk-in- only policy, there’s no need to worry about making reservations.
