The Hangar Cafe

Crepes are not served in many places in Seattle, but you will find good ones at The Hangar Cafe. It’s a charming and casual breakfast restaurant located in the industrial neighborhood of Georgetown and true to its name, it is a great place for plane watching. They fly right overhead. The Hangar features an array of sweet and savory crepes, waffles, burritos, and normal breakfast sides.

If you are a sweet person, try their Biscoff and Bananas crepes or House Coffee Cake. For my savory people, the Breakfast Burrito and Turkey Pesto are great options. They have indoor seating but, you’ll want to snag seating on the back patio. It’s a quaint place to hang out and enjoy your meal. It’s a relaxing atmosphere with incredible greenery. The employees are super friendly and great at hospitality, but what makes this place unique are the crepes. On weekends, the wait for a table can take up to an hour or so. Try either going on the weekday or early on the weekend.
